ART/TECH Days by Cosmote Telekom
For ART/TECH Days, Technopolis wanted a VR cinema its public could drop into, with a program that also suited children, and visitor feedback it could use afterwards.

What we curated
A short program of three to four titles, chosen for a public that ranged from VR regulars to people who had never worn a headset, with one title suitable for children. Over a third of the visitors we surveyed (36%) were trying VR for the first time.
What we installed
Four pods, all run by Poetics Pods, our own software for operating a VR cinema. From one screen, the operators started every session, watched each headset as it played and kept every pod on the same schedule. We drew the room plan, built the whole production setup on site, assembled the pods and ran the network ourselves.
How it ran
Two days open to the public, with a four-hour program in 20-minute sessions. Three operators ran the room: they welcomed visitors, fitted headsets and guided first-timers, while Poetics Pods kept the sessions on time.
We collected feedback for the organiser. Visitors rated the experience 4.92 out of 5, and the onboarding 4.92 out of 5; none gave less than 4. Asked how likely they were to recommend Poetics to a friend, 100% answered 9 or 10. What they asked for next: more viewing time and shorter waits.
“From initial design to final implementation, the Poetics team demonstrated exceptional technical expertise and creativity.”
